dermaplaning

dermaplaning

Using the 10R “butter blade”, Dermaplaning facials remove unwanted peach fuzz on the surface of the skin in a gentle, nonaggressive manner, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth.

To remove dead skin cells, a surgical, sterile blade is stroked at an angle across the skin.Derma planers also temporarily remove fine vellus hair from the skin, leaving it smooth and silky. Exfoliating not only reduces fine lines, evens skin tone, and reduces milia, but it also reduces dead skin cells that make home care products more effective. It also reduces minor breakouts caused by congested pores, such as closed and open comedowns.

dermaplaning

Hydrofacial is the latest in skincare as an alternative to microdermabrasion without the use of crystals or diamond tips to abrade the skin. Instead, it combines the natural benefits of oxygen and water to shoot a pressurized stream of solution onto the skin. The high velocity of this procedure effectively removes dead skin cells at first contact, exfoliating and soothing the skin at the same time. Hydrofacial hydrates, cleans, and revitalizes skin while supporting healthy blood circulation. Better circulation, in turn, promotes the production of collagen and elastin fibers that tighten the skin and promote a youthful look. Now, you can receive all the benefits of microdermabrasion without any of the irritable side effects!

Your hair will grow back exactly the same color and thickness as it was previously. The structure of the hair follicle remains unchanged.

By removing the dead skin on the surface of the face, dermaplaning prevents it from getting trapped inside your pores causing infection and leading to acne. Since dermaplaning removes dirt and debris, it allows for deeper penetration of serums and acne treatments into your skin which also prevents future acne.
